  • 2 pieces Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups (shredded) Zucchini
  • 0.75 cup Nutella

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, light brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
