Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a clean mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while continuing to whisk until you achieve a stiff and glossy meringue. Set aside 4 tablespoons of the meringue mixture for later use as a glaze.
