Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces Diced green chilies (canned)
  • 2 cans Crescent roll dough
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 as needed Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain off excess fat and remove from heat.

Step 3

Add the cream cheese to the cooked sausage and stir until melted and fully incorporated.

Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced green chilies, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Set the mixture aside to cool slightly.
