Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Ground beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 medium Yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.75 cup Ketchup
  • 1.5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar (for glaze)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, paprika, and parsley. Mix gently with your hands until everything is evenly incorporated. Avoid overmixing as this can make the meatloaf dense.
