Ingredients

  • 14 oz kielbasa sausage
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the kielbasa sausage into 1/4-inch rounds and set aside.

Step 2

Thinly slice the red and yellow bell peppers, cut the broccoli into small florets, peel and julienne the carrot, thinly slice the onion, and finely mince the garlic.

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sriracha, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Set the sauce aside.
