Ingredients

  • 1 tube Refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 slices Pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 as needed Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

Open the tube of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters to form smaller dough pieces.

Step 3

Gently press each piece of biscuit dough into the bottom of a mini muffin cup, creating a small well in the center by pressing the dough up the sides.

Step 4

Spoon about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce into the well of each dough piece.

Step 5

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce in each mini muffin cup, about 1–2 teaspoons per bite.

Step 6

Cut the pepperoni slices into quarters and place one or two small pieces on top of the cheese for each bite.

Step 7

In a small bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, dried Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of all the bites.

Lightly drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the top of each bite to enhance crisping.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
