Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg or butter lettuce

  • 3 Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 can (8 ounces) Water chestnuts, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Crushed peanuts (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the lettuce and carefully separate the leaves. Pat them dry and set aside.

In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
