Ingredients

3 oz Orange-flavored gelatin
1 cup Boiling water
0.5 cup Cold water
0.5 cup Peach schnapps
0.5 cup Orange juice (without pulp)
0.25 cup Vodka (optional for stronger shots)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add 3 oz of orange-flavored gelatin powder.

Step 2

Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the gelatin powder and whisk until it is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add 0.5 cup of cold water to the mixture and stir to cool it slightly.

Step 4

Stir in 0.5 cup of peach schnapps and 0.5 cup of orange juice. If you'd like stronger shots, also add 0.25 cup of vodka at this stage.
