Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with a bit of olive oil.

Using a sharp knife, carefully slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket, making sure not to cut all the way through.
