Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 12 ounces Egg noodles
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Cook the egg noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion together until the beef is browned and the onions are softened. Drain any excess grease.
