  • 2 tablespoons Grated carrot (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Pomegranate seeds (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked white rice, plain yogurt, and milk. Mix well until the rice is fully coated with yogurt, creating a creamy consistency.

Add salt to taste and mix it into the yogurt rice mixture. Set aside.
