  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 50 grams Powdered sugar

  • 2 teaspoons Gelatin powder
  • 4 tablespoons Water
  • 100 grams Fresh berries (for garnish)
  • 5 leaves Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the gelatin powder with 4 tablespoons of water. Stir gently and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream over low heat until warm but not boiling (around 60°C or 140°F). Stir occasionally.

Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm cream and whisk until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Remove from heat.
