  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 1 teaspoon of salt. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until it is al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining the spaghetti and setting it aside.

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Dice the yellow bell pepper and mince the garlic cloves.
