  • 200 grams graham cracker crumbs
  • 85 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 50 grams granulated sugar
  • 200 grams dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa), finely chopped
  • 150 ml heavy cream
  • 45 ml X-Rated Fusion Liqueur (or any fruity vodka-based liqueur)
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 150 grams fresh raspberries
  • 10 grams powdered sugar (for garnish)
  • 100 grams whipped cream (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and resemble wet sand.

Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom. Use the bottom of a glass or measuring cup to press the crust firmly into place.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
