  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Begin by finely chopping the onion and mincing the garlic cloves.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion to the saucepan and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
