  • 0.5 cup Guacamole
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Hot sauce (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and pat them dry with paper towels.
