  • 1.5 cups Grated carrots (about 3 medium carrots)
  • 0.5 cups Chopped nuts (optional, such as walnuts or pecans)
  • 0.25 cups Shredded unsweetened coconut (optional)
  • 0.5 cups Raisins (optional)

Directions

Step 1
