Directions

Step 1

Wash and thoroughly dry the Roma tomatoes, white onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.

Dice the Roma tomatoes into small, even pieces and place them in a medium-sized bowl.

Finely chop the white onion and add it to the bowl with the tomatoes.

Remove the seeds and veins from the jalapeño for a milder salsa (or leave them if you prefer more heat). Finely dice the jalapeño and add it to the bowl.
