  • 2 teaspoons Ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 ounce Dark chocolate, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream (for serving)
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese (for serving)

Directions
