  • 2 pieces Chicken breast
  • 4 slices Thick-cut bacon
  • 1 whole Ripe avocado

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon slices until crispy (about 5-7 minutes). Remove the bacon and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Step 2

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the same skillet and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature). Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.
