Ingredients

  • 200 grams Feta cheese
  • 200 grams Ricotta cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 500 grams Phyllo dough
  • 100 grams Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, crumble the feta cheese and mix it with ricotta cheese until combined.

Step 3

Add 1 egg, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir well until smooth and evenly blended.

Step 4

Lay a sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush it with melted butter. Layer a second sheet on top and brush again with butter.
