Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cantaloupe (ripe, peeled, seeded, and cubed)
  • 4 cups Honeydew melon (ripe, peeled, seeded, and cubed)

  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Directions

Step 1

Divide the preparation into two equal portions: one for the cantaloupe and one for the honeydew soup.

Step 2

In a blender, combine the cantaloupe, 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1 tablespoon of honey, and an optional pinch of salt.
