  • 0.5 cups sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, sear the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes per side until they are golden brown. Remove the chicken onto a plate and set aside.
