  • 500 grams All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoons Sugar
  • 7 grams Instant yeast
  • 300 milliliters Warm water
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 300 grams Ground lamb or beef
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoons Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoons Red pepper flakes
  • 1 bunch Fresh parsley
  • 4 wedges Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8–10 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Meanwhile, prepare the topping. In a food processor, pulse the tomato, red bell pepper, onion, garlic, and parsley until finely minced.
