Ingredients

  • 180 grams all-purpose flour

  • 250 grams powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon rosewater (for buttercream)
  • 2 drops pink food coloring
  • 12 small pieces Turkish delight pieces

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a 12-hole cupcake tin with paper liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, use a mixer to beat the butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
