Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wild rice
  • 6 cups Chicken or turkey stock
  • 2 cups Cooked turkey, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

  • 0 to taste Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the diced onion, carrots, and celery to the pot. Sauté for 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are softened.
