Ingredients

  • 300 grams Ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft and translucent.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds, stirring frequently to avoid burning.

Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
