  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Fresh oregano leaves, chopped
  • 2 cups Baby arugula
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 Red onion, thinly sliced

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.

Step 2

Place the turkey tenderloin in a shallow dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
