Ingredients

  • 200 grams Turkey pastrami
  • 4 pieces Large flour tortillas
  • 120 grams Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 8 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 4 pieces Cheddar cheese slices
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and Dijon mustard until well combined. Set aside.

Step 2

Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the tomato and cucumber into thin rounds.

Step 3

Lay one tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Spread 1/4 of the cream cheese and mustard mixture evenly across the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Step 4

Place 2 lettuce leaves on top of the spread. Layer 50 grams of turkey pastrami, a slice of cheddar cheese, a few tomato slices, and a few cucumber slices over the lettuce.

Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly but gently into a log shape, tucking in the sides as you go. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
