  • 12 sheets Lasagna noodles
  • 15 ounces Ricotta cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, finely chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, about 7-8 minutes.
