  • 8 pieces Skewers (if wooden, soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
