  • 2 cups Cooked turkey (shredded)
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons Green chilies (diced, canned)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 12 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 1.5 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded turkey, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, cilantro, green chilies, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Warm the corn tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet for 20–30 seconds to make them pliable.
