  • 1 Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 cup Corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro leaves
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cups Tortilla chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
