  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 Large flour tortillas
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro (optional)

Directions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
