  • 500 grams Ground turkey
  • 400 grams Frozen hash browns
  • 1 medium Onion

  • 100 grams Frozen peas
  • 150 milliliters Chicken broth

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 100 grams Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Dice the carrot into small cubes.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and diced carrot. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
