Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Cheese tortellini
  • 2 5-ounce cans Canned tuna in water
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Black olives (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking. Set aside to cool.

While the tortellini is cooling, drain the canned tuna and flake it into bite-sized pieces using a fork. Set aside.
