Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets
  • 200 grams Canned tuna (in water, drained)
  • 100 grams Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 teaspoon Water (for egg wash)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

If using frozen puff pastry sheets, allow them to thaw at room temperature for 15-20 minutes or according to package instructions.

Step 3

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, parsley, green onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the puff pastry sheets if needed to smooth out any creases.
