Ingredients

  • 1 ball Pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Fontina cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Truffle oil
  • 1 cup Fresh arugula
  • 2 tablespoons Black truffle shavings
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and if using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer the dough to a sheet of parchment paper.

Step 3

In a small saucepan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté until garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
