  • 4 fillets Trout fillets

  • 0.25 cup Kalamata olives (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Pat the trout fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides of the fish with salt and black pepper.
