  • 0.5 cup small tapioca pearls
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup water

  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the tapioca pearls under cold water to remove excess starch. Drain and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, combine the coconut milk and water, and bring it to a gentle boil over medium heat.
