Directions

Step 1

Wash and prepare all fresh ingredients: rinse the cherry tomatoes, strawberries, and basil leaves thoroughly.

Prepare the Caprese skewers: Thread one cherry tomato, one mozzarella pearl, and one fresh basil leaf onto a toothpick or small skewer. Drizzle balsamic glaze lightly over the skewers and set aside on a serving platter.
