Ingredients

  • 2 medium Yellow onion
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise

  • 3 stalks Green onions (scallions)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 optional Chips or veggies for serving

Directions

Step 1

Peel and thinly slice the yellow onions. Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
