  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked rice (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until they are golden brown and almost cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
