Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 1 cup Frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Prepare all your ingredients by cutting the banana and kiwi into small pieces.

Step 2

Start with the red layer: In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, half a banana, and 1/3 cup orange juice. Blend until smooth. Pour the red layer evenly into two tall glasses and set them in the freezer for 5 minutes to set.

Step 3

Next, make the yellow layer: Rinse the blender, then blend the frozen mango chunks, the second half of the banana, and 1/3 cup almond milk until smooth. Remove the glasses from the freezer and gently pour the yellow layer over the red layer, using a spoon to help layer it gently. Return the glasses to the freezer for another 5 minutes.

Step 4

Finally, create the green layer: Rinse the blender again, then blend the fresh spinach, kiwi, honey (if using), and the remaining almond milk (about 2/3 cup). Blend until smooth and vibrant green. Pour the green layer gently over the yellow layer in each glass.
