  • 240 ml Hot freshly brewed coffee
  • 45 ml Irish whiskey
  • 2 tsp Brown sugar
  • 60 ml Heavy cream

Begin by brewing a cup of strong, hot coffee and set it aside.

In a heatproof glass or Irish coffee mug, add 2 teaspoons of brown sugar.

Pour in 45 ml of Irish whiskey over the sugar and stir to dissolve the sugar completely.
