  • 6 Large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream (optional, for serving)
  • 0.25 cup Chopped fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess grease.
