Ingredients

  • 16 oz cheese tortellini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
