Ingredients

• 2 packets Unflavored gelatin
• 2 cups Hot water
• 1 cup Chocolate liqueur (e.g., Godiva Chocolate Liqueur)
• 0.5 cup Vodka
• 0.5 cup Cream or half-and-half
• 10 pieces Tootsie Rolls (for garnish)
• 1 can Whipped cream (optional)

Directions

Step 1
