Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta (fusilli, penne, or farfalle)
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 0.25 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 30 g parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool quickly.
