Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French baguette or ciabatta

Directions

Step 1

Slice the loaf of bread horizontally and then cut it into four equal pieces.

Slice the mozzarella cheese into 1/4 inch thick rounds.

Step 3

Slice the tomatoes into 1/4 inch thick rounds.

Lay the bottom halves of the bread on a clean surface.

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil evenly over the bread slices.
